The service

ProCoach Fit is a marketplace connecting clients with independent fitness coaches. Coaches create and deliver their own programs; ProCoach provides the platform, payments, and tools.

Coaching plans & payments

Coaching plans are personal services you book directly from your chosen coach, with payment processed via Paymob. Prices, durations, and inclusions are set by each coach and shown before you pay. Access to workouts, nutrition plans, and chat with your coach lasts for your paid period.

Coaching & results

Coaches provide guidance based on the information you share. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed. Coaching content is not medical advice.

Health responsibility

Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition. You use the app and follow programs at your own risk. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort.

Account & acceptable use

Keep your login credentials private. You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent) to book coaching. Abusive behavior toward coaches or other users, or misuse of the platform, may result in account suspension.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content and abusive behavior are prohibited; reported violations are reviewed and offending users are removed, typically within 24 hours. You can report content or block users at any time from the app.
