Who we are

ProCoach Fit ("ProCoach", "we") is a fitness coaching marketplace that connects clients with independent coaches for personalized workout and nutrition coaching. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and phone number. Fitness data you choose to provide: goals, height, weight, body measurements, workout logs, food logs, and progress photos. Usage data: how you use the app, so we can improve it. Apple Health data, only if you connect it — see the next section.

Apple Health data

If you connect Apple Health, ProCoach reads only your daily activity and sleep totals: steps, active energy, exercise minutes, time asleep, and time in bed. Access is READ-ONLY — the app never writes anything back to Health.

Connecting Health keeps that data on your device, where only you see it. It is sent to our servers and to your coach only if you separately turn on sharing with your coach, which is off by default. Even then we store daily totals only, never the individual samples behind them.

Health data is used for one purpose: showing your activity next to your training, and letting the coach you chose see it. It is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, never shared with anyone else, and never used for data mining.

You can withdraw access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security > Health. Turning off sharing with your coach inside ProCoach permanently deletes the activity we already received from your device.

How your data is used

Your fitness data is shared only with the coach you train with, so they can build and adjust your program. We never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Paymob, our licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card details. We keep records of your coaching plans and transactions for billing and legal purposes.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls. Sensitive payout details are additionally encrypted at rest.

Your rights & account deletion

You can access and update your profile at any time. You can delete your account from Settings; this permanently removes your personal data, except records we are legally required to keep (such as payment records).
